Job Description
Site Manager Role: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our site in the Surrey region. We are currently working with a leading contractor who are looking to strengthen their construction team.
Responsibilities
* You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day to day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health and safety which is paramount.
* You'll be working on a brand new, High-End Residential project
* Planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from start to finish
* Supervising and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient task allocation and progress monitoring
* Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and managing risks to minimise accidents and injuries
* Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications / Skills
* CSCS card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Have previous experience working on High-End Residential projects
* Organised individual
