Site Manager (planned maintenance)

Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, £45,000

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Site Managers based in South Devon.
Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:
1. Deliver the planned works project on a social housing site
2. General oversight of trades operatives, ensuring health & safety is followed on site.
3. Carry out toolbox talks
4. Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
5. SMSTS
6. First Aid
7. Minimum of 2 years managing trades onsite
8. Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the industry
9. Social housing experience
