We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing specialist hire company.
This is a varied office‑based role with excellent career progression into account management, team leader, or senior sales consultant positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead generation & qualification using CRM and sales platforms
* Making introductory calls and handling enquiries with businesses
* Supporting tender/bid documents and marketing campaigns
* Passing qualified leads to the sales manager
* Maintaining strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
* Assisting with administration, quotes, and site surveys
* Learning products and services via full training provided
What We’re Looking For
* Confident, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
* Strong relationship-building, telesales, and communication skills
* Common sense, resilience, and a can‑do attitude
* Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer support is a bonus but not essential
