Key Responsibilities
High‑volume outbound calling — proactively generate leads, follow up warm enquiries, and close sales
KPI‑driven performance — work to daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Consultative selling to new and existing customers
Manage and grow day‑to‑day customer accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Update customers on promotions and new product launches
Handle walk‑in enquiries
Complete general sales administration
What You’ll Need
Internal sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)
Background in Security, IT, Networking, or Telecoms is desirable
Confident making high volumes of outbound and cold calls
Strong rapport‑building and consultative selling skills
Technically minded with an interest in technology
Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Competent with CRM systems and general computer use
