Our Client is one of the largest seafood companies in the world, employing over 14,000 staff and spread over 25 different countries. An excellent opportunity has now become available within their Rosyth site for a HR Administrator (Part Time) to join the team. The role of the HR Administrator will be to accurately demonstrate professionalism and respect while delivering and expecting high standards. As well as being great with people, you will have excellent IT skills and be confident using systems and date to generate accurate information. Key responsibilities include, although are not limited to: • Using HR Systems to ensure accurate employment records • Administer new start and leaver processes • Administer monthly payroll • Prepare documentation including contract of employment, ad hoc letters to staff, contract changes and leaver confirmation • Administer case load including; scheduling meetings and taking notes • Manage of recruitment process; advertising roles, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters • Appropriate & constructive support for employee queries The ideal candidate will: • Be computer literate • Have excellent keyboard skills as well as being competent in using MS Office Suite • Have excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills • Be a team player, able to multi task and maintain confidence • Have flexibility and be able to deliver under pressure to ensure business needs are met The HR Administrator will work part time hours, 2 days but can be 3 To apply, click the link, supply your CV and one of our recruitment specialists will be in touch.
