Site Manager for a privately‑owned contractor based in Nottinghamshire, leading delivery of projects ranging from £250k to £5m. The initial project is a bespoke new‑build residence featuring a swimming pool and healthcare facilities near Dronfield (£3m).

Salary & Package
* Basic salary £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities & Duties
* Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
* Manage sub‑contractors and project stakeholders
* Plan resources on site to maximise productivity
* Deliver projects to meet contractual standards
Requirements
* Experience working for a main contractor on projects £2m+
* Experience delivering new build projects as Site Manager
* Experience managing clients and sub‑contractors
* SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid certifications
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Site Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £2m+.
