Role Description This is a full-time role within one of our small, agile delivery pods. As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in delivering high-quality solutions, working closely with both clients and your technical counterpart. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including: Discovery workshops Requirements gathering and solution design Configuration and delivery User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Training and user adoption Go-live and ongoing support You’ll be part of a lean pod structure, with clear ownership of delivery, quality, and client outcomes. This setup allows for closer collaboration, faster decision-making, and a stronger sense of ownership over your work. Location & Travel Partomer operates a primarily remote model, with flexibility to work from home. You’ll be expected to visit our Bolton office periodically for collaboration and key sessions. The role also involves regular travel to client sites, primarily across the North West and Yorkshire. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required. About You We are looking for a skilled, multi-disciplinary developer who can work within a range of technologies centring around Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and can work across the full technology stack. You should be personable and able to talk technology to clients and stakeholders at the appropriate level, with a strong aptitude for solution design and problem solving.
