Job Title: Handyman / Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Bristol (BS4)
Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday)
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out various snagging and finishing duties on new-build properties.
* Basic carpentry, mastic touching up, plaster patching, and painting.
* Ensuring plots are presented to a high standard before handover.
* Assisting the site management team with ad-hoc maintenance and safety tasks.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
What We Are Looking For:
* Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
* Own reliable tools and PPE.
* Proven experience working as a Handyman/Multi-Trader on housing sites.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
* Two relevant work references.
