Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of project management, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
* Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates and resource allocation.
* Implement best practices for site management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills
* Proficient in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Proven supervising experience in a construction or similar environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
