M&E Site Manager (Fire Stopping Experience) Duration: 18 Weeks Start Date: 12th May 2025 Recruiter: BMSL – Specialists in M&E, Construction & Engineering Recruitment BMSL are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager with strong fire stopping knowledge for an upcoming 18-week project commencing on the 12th of May 2025. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day operations on site. * Liaise directly with the main client to ensure effective communication and coordination. * Manage subcontractors and directly employed tradesmen. * Coordinate and monitor work schedules to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain accurate site diaries and records. * Order materials and manage supply deliveries. Requirements: * Must hold a valid industry-recognised trade card. * SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential. * Proven experience in fire stopping within M&E environments. * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
