HR Manager - Financial Services - £75k - London (Hybrid)
Join a dynamic financial services firm as HR Manager, overseeing UK and EU HR operations. This is a strategic leadership role with direct management of the HR team and responsibility for aligning people policies across UK, Netherlands, and Gibraltar offices.
What You'll Do:
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
Lead HR governance, SM&CR compliance, and regulatory alignment
Oversee senior recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement
Manage employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits
Deliver training, support well-being, and promote a high-performance cultureWhat You'll Need:
5-10 years' HR management experience, ideally in financial services
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks (SM&CR, FCA)
CIPD qualified, with excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience managing HR teams and EU HR operationsOffer:
£70,000 - £75,000 salary
Hybrid working (4 days office, 1 remote)
