We are seeking a Volunteer HR Administrator to support our growing team. This role will help us strengthen our people processes, ensure smooth administration, and play a key part in supporting our organisation’s development.
How you will make a difference
 * Assist with recruitment administration (posting roles, scheduling interviews, responding to applicants)
 * Maintain HR records and databases accurately
 * Support onboarding of new volunteers and staff
 * Draft and update basic HR documents and templates (policies, role descriptions, contracts)
 * Help ensure compliance with HR procedures and data protection
 * Provide general HR administrative support to the team
