HR Employee Experience Lead
Rate: £500–£600/day umbrella
Hybrid: Onsite 3 Days Per Week

Important Note: This is not a traditional Employee Relations–focused role. The emphasis is on Employee Experience.
This position is responsible for shaping and delivering a positive, consistent employee experience across the full HR lifecycle. Through high-quality HR advice, onboarding, learning & development, and people-focused change initiatives, you will ensure employees feel supported, engaged, and set up to succeed.
This is not an HR Business Partner role. Instead, it is a hands-on HR Manager position with responsibility for selected ER matters, L&D initiatives, and team leadership. The role is operationally focused, requiring someone who can balance day-to-day HR delivery with continuous improvement of the employee journey.
Core Responsibilities
* Support AD of HR to deliver consistent employee experience
* Lead employee relations activity
* HR advisory + manager guidance
* Induction + some L&D
* Support change projects
* Improve responsiveness and reliability of HR service
* Help managers become more self-sufficient
* Manage part of HR team
Key Requirements
* Senior HR professional level
* Strong ER case management experience
* Comfortable with complex/high-risk cases
* Hands-on operational leader
* Proactive, organised, delivery-focused
