The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will take ownership of food safety, quality, and compliance. From raw material approval through to finished product release, youll play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet legal, customer, and internal standards. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with Procurement, Production, NPD, and suppliers to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all food safety and quality assurance activities across
* Maintain and continuously improve the QMS and HACCP plans
* Ensure the site remains audit-ready at all times
* Oversee raw material and finished product inspections, ensuring accurate reporting and trending analysis
Work collaboratively across departments to uphold compliance and product excellence. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
About You
Were looking for an experienced Quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.
* Previous experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing or a related sector
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and retailer/customer standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to influence and lead teams
* Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
