Job title: HR Administrator
Pay: £27,500 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Winchester
Reporting to: HR Operations Manager
We are recruiting for a dynamic, efficient and highly motivated individual to join our client’s busy, fast paced HR Department.
Key Responsibilities:
·Pre-employment checks: carry out all checks as appropriate, monitor/ track work that is in progress, update the Single Central Register (SCR) and HR Movements Tracker
·Recruitment and onboarding: create suitable job descriptions, arrange and invite candidates to interviews, manage the HR department’s recruitment email inbox, support the onboarding of new starters
·General administration: produce correspondence, documents, reports, presentations etc as requested, ensure documents are held securely in line with GDPR, arrange meetings, photocopying and printing various documents
·Organise staff training
·Input data into the database (iTrent)
Experience and skills:
·Excellent organisational and administrative skills
·Attention to detail and accuracy levels
·Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
·Experience of working in education or regulated environments
·CIPD Qualification (Desirable)
