We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our most established clients within the Design and Build sector.
This family run business has over 40 years of experience delivering high value leisure projects, including swimming pools, fitness suites and studios, cafés and wider sports facilities. They provide a complete service from initial concept through to delivery, working on projects ranging from £5M to £50M.
Their work is dedicated to creating high quality spaces that support local communities, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, functionality and long term value.
This is a permanent position based primarily on site around the Farnborough, Hampshire area, with some flexibility for remote working where appropriate.
Site Manager Responsibilities
On Site Leadership and Coordination:
* Lead daily site operations and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the programme.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain quality and productivity.
* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and maintain strong communication across the workforce.
