What you'll be doing
* Lead HR business partnering with departments to align HR strategies with organisational goals
* Develop and implement progressive recruitment, retention, and workforce planning strategies
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and lead cultural transformation efforts
* Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations matters
* Ensure HR compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
* Prepare and manage the hospital's manpower budget and optimisation plans
* Oversee internship and administrative scholarship programmes
* Lead strategic HR projects that advance healthcare human capital practices
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business, or related studies
* 7 - 9 years of HR experience with 2 - 4 years managerial experience
* Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices
* Proven track record in leading talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders to drive business and people strategies
* High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
* Proficiency in HR information systems and data-driven HR decision-making
