Mobile Outdoor Instructor Location: Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk. Our client is looking for multi-skilled outdoor instructors to work across the region and deliver a range of outdoor educational activities as part of this programme. This is a full-time, year-round role, with potential for personal and professional growth and development. Who are they looking for: You will have a range of qualifications in a variety of outdoor activities. You will be passionate about the outdoors and share this passion with others. You will have experience and qualifications in outdoor activities and be willing to work with their staff team to develop these further. Each day is different, and the majority of the sessions you will deliver will be long-term, building skills and confidence over the year with participants. This is not your typical outdoor centre job – the possibilities are only limited by your imagination (& qualifications!). You will need to be an excellent communicator and have great people skills.
