Due to continued growth and expansion, we're on the lookout for a driven and dynamic HR Manager to support the full employee lifecycle. This dynamic role spans three locations and offers a fast-paced working environment.
The HR Manager is a senior role responsible for developing and driving the organisation's people strategy. This position oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, diversity & inclusion, and HR operations. The HR Manager works closely with leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Development
* Oversee recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
* Build programs for onboarding, career development, succession planning, and leadership training.
* Champion continuous learning and skill development across the organisation.
Culture & Engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
* Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
Performance & Reward
* Develop and manage performance management frameworks.
* Establish recognition and reward programs that celebrate employee contributions.
HR Operations & Compliance
* Oversee HR policies, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
* Implement data-driven HR practices to measure and improve people-related outcomes.
* Undertake any disciplinary hearings and or investigations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in senior HR leadership, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organisation.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
* Demonstrated experience in change management and driving cultural transformation.
* Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performing teams.
* CIPD Level 5 or above.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
