About the Role
Our client is looking for remote Sales Executives to generate and close new B2B business for a UK-based manufacturer of automotive safety belts and restraint systems.
This is a results-only, commission-based role. There is no salary or retainer.
You will work remotely, managing your own pipeline, and closing opportunities with converters, fleets, classic car specialists, and OEM-adjacent customers.
What You'll Be Selling:
* Automotive safety belts and restraint systems.
* Retrofit and specialist applications.
* Safety-critical, compliance-led products.
What You'll Do:
* Identify and engage B2B prospects.
* Run discovery and qualification calls.
* Present solutions clearly and credibly.
* Progress deals through to close.
* Log activity and pipeline in CRM.
You will own your deals end-to-end.
Compensation:
* 8% commission on net revenue collected.
* 10% commission once £50,000 closed.
* 12% commission once £100,000+ closed.
* Paid only after client payment clears.
Uncapped. Performance only.
