Interim HR Manager Greater London Area (Hybrid) 2-3 Months (Likely extension) £350-£450 per day Inside IR35 Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week Panoramic Associates is currently working with a charity sector client based in the Greater London area to support the appointment of an Interim HR Manager for an initial 2-3 month contract (with likely extension). This role has arisen to provide interim cover during a period of internal absence. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and line manager support. The organisation is open to both full-time and part-time working arrangements. Responsibilities of the Role: * Lead on a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. * Provide professional HR advice to managers in line with employment law and best practice. * Coach line managers on handling people issues confidently and fairly. * Support policy reviews and ensure compliance with legislative updates. * Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with legal advisors where necessary. To be successful in the role you will have: * Strong HR generalist background with a focus on employee relations. * Proven experience managing complex ER cases from end to end. * Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law. * CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience). * Confident in advising senior stakeholders and navigating sensitive conversations. * Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector is desirable.
