We're recruiting for a
Safeguarding Manager
to join our Governance and Risk team on a
12-month Fixed Term Contract
. This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel to sites when required. The position is part-time (21 hours per week), and we're happy to offer flexibility around working hours.
As a Safeguarding Manager, you will:
• Maintain and evaluate the safeguarding risk register
• Analyse safeguarding data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Provide coaching and support to strengthen safeguarding capability across the organisation
• Stay up to date with legislation and best practice, translating insights into effective action
We're seeking someone with:
• Proven expertise in safeguarding legislation and best practices
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing safeguarding cases
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
• A recognised safeguarding qualification (desirable)
