Job Title: Site Manager (Temporary Contract)
Pay: £60.00 per hour
Location: Inverness
Project: Fit-Out
Duration: 4 weeks
Start Date: Immediate start available
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a fast-paced fit-out project in Inverness on a 4-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised manager who can hit the ground running and drive the programme to completion. (Nightshifts running)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live fit-out project
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme
- Maintain standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Liaise with the project team and client to ensure smooth delivery
- Keep accurate site records and reporting
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshall
- Asbestos Awareness
- BPSS clearance (or higher)
- Proven experience managing fast-track fit-out projects

A hands-on Site Manager with strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage a tight programme in a fast-moving environment.
