Our client is a fast-growing research consultancy looking for a Digital Recruiter to join their team. You’ll bring hands-on experience from B2B participant recruitment, perhaps from a freelance or fieldwork centre background. This is a fantastic opportunity to move to a permanent full-time role, with a chance to play a key role in scaling operation from ground up and eventually progress into a managerial position. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit senior-level professionals (primarily B2B) for qualitative research studies Manage multiple recruitment briefs at once, working closely with the project management team Use a variety of channels including LinkedIn, databases, forums, email and phone to find and engage participants Coordinate across multiple projects at varying stages, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and timelines Support quantitative recruitment (e.g., sending survey links, recruit to web) Work collaboratively to improve recruitment processes as the team continues to scale About You You’ve recruited for B2B qualitative research before, either in-house or for a fieldwork agency Comfortable working on multiple live briefs and switching between projects with competing priorities Confident communicator, able to engage senior professionals digitally and by phone Naturally resourceful and curious, with a knack for finding niche audiences Comfortable with both UK and US-focused projects (a mix of hours may be needed depending on demand) To apply please send your CV to maarit@hanneliusrecruitment.com To be considered you must live in the UK, ideally be happy to commute to the office in London 2-3 days per week and hold a valid UK working permit or a visa.
