About the role
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
* Supporting onboarding and conducting new hire orientations
* Handling employee queries on policies, benefits, and procedures
* Administering travel passes and staff benefit programs
* Generating key HR reports and metrics (e.g. absence, turnover)
* Assisting with projects that boost employee engagement and workplace culture
* Processing invoices and purchase orders for HR suppliers
* Monitoring training records and database accuracy
* Managing subject access requests and compliance documentation
About you
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
* Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management
* Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
* Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
