Role Overview:They are looking for a hands-on Catering Manager to lead thier kitchen and front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting while delivering high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day catering operations.
* Lead and support a small team of staff and volunteers.
* Plan and prepare menus focused on breakfast, lunch, and light bites.
* Maintain stock levels and supplier relationships.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

* Previous experience in catering or hospitality management.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.

* Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).
