Family nurse partnership job description

The Family Nurse Partnership role is a unique nursing service aimed at first-time young mothers and families. As a Family Nurse, you will provide continuous, supportive care from early pregnancy until the child reaches two years of age. Your duties will include regular home visits, providing health advice, supporting child development, and assisting families in making beneficial life choices. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a solid understanding of public health nursing.
