The Midlands Cluster incorporates four fabulous hotels: Hilton Nottingham, Hilton Northampton, Hilton East Midlands Airport, and Hilton Puckrup Hall.

Please note this is a part-time opportunity working 24 hours a week, between Monday to Friday. Working days/hours to be discussed at interview stage.

The Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
You will also be responsible for managing single reservations via email, telephone, and other methods, providing support and covering for annual leave or sickness.
What will I be doing?
As GCE Sales Executive, you will:
* Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
* Manage an events schedule to maximize yield.
* Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
* Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
* Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds.
* Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
* Handle administrative procedures within the GCE Cluster Team.
* Provide commercial event support as required.
* Participate in hotel promotional activities.
* Maintain good organizational and administrative skills.
* Exhibit a positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Commit to delivering a high level of customer service.
* Maintain a confident telephone manner.
* Possess a high level of IT skills.
* Uphold excellent grooming standards.
