A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will maximize revenue in group reservations, conferences, and events by generating sales leads and increasing conversions.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will drive sales and revenue by handling inquiries, increasing sales opportunities, managing event schedules, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include:

* Converting incoming inquiries to meet targets
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales
* Managing event schedules for optimal yield
* Upselling to clients
* Understanding customer needs and building relationships
* Organizing hotel show rounds
* Administering and executing events
* Participating in promotional activities

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have:

* Good organizational and administrative skills
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Commitment to excellent customer service
* Confident telephone manner
* High IT proficiency
* Previous sales experience

Preferred capabilities include:

* Knowledge of hotel property management systems
* Experience in Conference and Events functions
