What will I be doing?
A Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to the team, including:
* Maintain personnel files and all associated tasks
* Preparation of special projects as requested
* Attend required meetings and take minutes
* Ensure knowledge of and compliance with all emergency procedures
* Drive CARE culture within the hotel
* Maintain professional and friendly relationships with other departments, team members, and guests
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager and Hotel Manager
