Online moderator job description

An Online Moderator is responsible for managing, overseeing, and contributing to online communities' discussions. Their key role is to ensure that all community members adhere to the set rules and guidelines, and to promote a positive and engaging environment. They monitor and evaluate user-generated content, respond to customer inquiries, and manage potentially harmful situations. They are proficient in social media platforms, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a keen understanding of online community standards and practices.
