Golf club manager job description

As a Golf Club Manager, your role is to seamlessly oversee the operations and performance of the golf club. This involves managing club services, ensuring high-quality maintenance of the golf course, and providing excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as marketing the club to ensure profitability and member growth. An essential part of your role is to manage staff effectively, ensuring they are trained to deliver exceptional service. You'll also organise golf tournaments and other club events. Your ultimate goal is to create an enjoyable and professional environment for club members and guests. Prior experience in golf club management or a similar field is often required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
