The Head of Volunteering oversees all aspects of a company or organisation's volunteer program. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers, ensuring they are effectively utilised and feel valued. They will often develop and implement volunteering strategies, coordinate volunteer events and projects, and monitor their progress. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
