You have probably all heard of the famous luxury car manufacturer, Jaguar Land Rover. A recent Bloomberg survey has named the company as the best place to work in the UK! The poll was sent out to the employees from different 400 firms asking them to rate the company they work for from 0 “I wouldn’t recommend my employer under any circumstances” to 10 “I would definitely recommend my employer”. Based on this index, Jaguar obtained 8.56 out of 10. And if you are looking for a job position, note that Jaguar has created over 20 000 jobs and is continuously looking for new talents to join their team in the UK to ensure the success of the brand.
Among the 25 industries surveyed, AstraZeneca, an international biopharmaceutical company, came just after Jaguar followed by Harrods, a department store all of which the headquarters are located in the UK.
Another survey conducted with 15 000 employees’ shows that 70% of the top 50 employers are British companies.
